Venture Stays was established in 2023 by Samuel Moore and James Hammond, who shared a vision of delivering affordable yet well-designed properties to the serviced accommodation market. Since its inception, the company has experienced consistent growth throughout 2024, continually expanding its portfolio with additional properties.
As we look to the future, we are committed to further expansion into new regions across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, and we are excited to welcome new team members to support this vision. Samuel has developed a robust interest in the property sector, dedicating his expertise to the serviced accommodation market. He is committed to providing high-quality, affordable housing solutions. Additionally, Samuel is actively engaged in property development and is preparing to expand his involvement in this area of the industry. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an avid traveller, passionate about exploring and experiencing diverse cultures worldwide.
James Hammond
Co-Founder
James is a dedicated professional with over six years of experience in the customer service industry, following the completion of his Business Management degree at Sheffield Hallam University. He is passionate about enhancing guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is exceptional. Throughout his career, James has collaborated closely with landlords to safeguard their property investments, successfully increasing property values by executing high-end refurbishments to achieve a stylish and modern standard.

Joshua is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations management and property management. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, he combines academic excellence with over six years of hands-on experience in optimising processes and creating seamless guest experiences within the serviced accommodation market. Driven by a passion for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, Joshua works to ensure each guests’ stay feels like being at home.
